Target Audience

Executives, Managers, Supervisors, and Staff - appropriate for total organizational awareness and support of subject matter.

Program Format

A 3½ hour session, with up to 20 people per session, using dynamic discussion, exercises and self evaluation instruments. 

Key Objectives

  • To provide a greater understanding for diversity as a business imperative.
  • To better define what is diversity and how to use it as an advantage: going beyond the diversity we see, and exploring the uniqueness in each person.
  • To build bridges to the culture of others, and develop a common culture in the workplace.

Course Description

Using video, dynamic discussion and interactive exercises, participants are challenged to think through their own beliefs and business implications of a diverse work environment, they learn that mutual respect and greater understanding of different beliefs, and styles can be more than the "right thing to do", it can also be good business practice.
