training efforts.
- Find applications for five icebreakers.
- Apply checkpoints into their existing
training efforts to measure retention or attitudes.
- Identify at least five methods for building
in checkpoints.
Facilitation Techniques
At the conclusion of this segment, participants
will be able to:
- Differentiate opportunities for Presentations
Vs Facilitations.
- Determine the optimal room set up for
facilitation.
- Apply a three-step process for debriefing
to all role-play situations.
- Apply any of twelve techniques to help
work a group.
Media Tips & Techniques
At the conclusion of this segment, participants
will be able to:
- List techniques to effectively use a
Flip Chart, PC Projector, Overhead Projector and VCR
to help facilitate a group.
- Identify the eleven key elements that
add up to effective PowerPoint presentations.
- Discuss three techniques that all presenters
should utilize when delivering a PowerPoint presentation.
Problem Participants
At the conclusion of this segment, participants
will be able to:
- Identify the three most common types
of participants.
- List the most common problem participants
and develop strategies for dealing with those participants.
