Jim Lipuma

Jim is the Director of Client Experience and Senior Facilitator for Learning Outsource Group. He began a highly successful sales career with R.H. Donnelley, winning 3 consecutive President Club Awards. He was then promoted to several leadership roles, where he found his passion for developing others and continued his level of performance, winning 9 additional President Club Awards in 10 eligible years. He was then promoted to become the youngest VP of Sales for R.H. Donnelley at that time. These were formative years that led Jim to pursue leadership as his passion and mission.

 

Jim went on to hold successful senior leadership roles for over 3 decades and was widely known for developing and coaching other leaders as a Senior Vice President Sales and Chief Revenue Officer. This success and experience included initial start-ups, corporate turnarounds, hyper-growth and Fortune 500 environments, SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise-level organizations. As a senior executive, he was instrumental in growing well-known brands such as Monster.com, Restaurant.com, 7shifts, Oak Street Health, Fivestars and Patch, an AOL company, leading teams as large as 800 with revenues exceeding $1B annually.

 

Jim is also a two-time published author on leadership, having released Lead from the Front and Pulling Levers. In both books, Jim is an avid storyteller, combining both a very human element with a repeatable and predictable process-driven theme. He has also spent time giving back to his alma mater, Northern Illinois University, serving on the Sales Advisory Board and judging the National Sales competition.

 

Jim and his wife Diane have two daughters and reside in both Phoenix and Chicago.
