Sales Management Leadership Training Company Learning Outsource Group Renews Commitment to the Sales Centre at Ohio University
ORMOND BEACH, FLORIDA – Learning Outsource Group is a global provider of corporate training solutions, specializing in sales and sales management leadership training and development. They announced their continuing commitment as a key training partner with the Schey Sales Centre at Ohio University. The Schey Sales Centre was featured in the 2010 Emmy-winning PBS documentary The New Selling of America. The Centre utilizes proven curriculum from Learning Outsource Group’s sales and sales management leadership training programs to provide real sales training readiness to approximately 85 graduates a year.

The Schey Sales Centre won the National Collegiate Sales Competition in 2009. Since 2007 it has finished in the Top 10 four times in this prestigious annual national competition. Graduates of the Centre go on to become elite award-winning sales professionals for top companies nationally. The Sales Centre also attracts corporate partners from across the nation during their biannual recruiting career fairs.

According to the Sales Education Foundation, at least 50% of adults with a bachelor’s degree, regardless of their major, will hold their initial jobs in sales. At a time when 50% of all college graduates are either unemployed or under-employed, the importance of sales training to provide students with professional success and help them obtain relevant employment has become ever more important. Graduates of the Schey Sales Centre had a job placement rate of 98% in 2012.
