New Associate Joins Learning Outsource Group Team
ORMOND BEACH, FLORIDA – Learning Outsource Group welcomes Joan Cutlip as Executive Coach and Corporate Trainer. Joan will work with high potential individuals who need a new perspective on their interpersonal skill development, self-esteem, and career and professional development. Over the course of her involvement, Joan becomes an advocate for her clients while building rapport and helping them adapt their natural behavior style for more effective outcomes when interacting with others.
Joan has over 20 years of experience, focusing on interpersonal skill development. As an educator, she is passionate about teaching people the skills they need to get better outcomes with others. She established her coaching and training business, Lifeskills and Career Resources, over twenty years ago.
Joan developed a two-day course entitled, “Assertiveness: Appropriate Behavior for Maximum Results” for Procter & Gamble. For nearly 15 years, she consistently received the highest evaluation scores among outside trainers. In addition, Joan has fourteen years of experience working as an outplacement consultant with Right Management, helping people learn career transition skills.
